My "Empire" Photography

Hello everyone,

Here is another post from us.
Monday, 18 June 2012, Me and 2 other followers went to empire try to take a few shots there. I went there because I want to test out this new filter called the four star, which give you a four star effect without editing. It was nice though, I bought it from my friend around $35 Brunei Dollar.

Here are the sample photos that I took, no editing.

This is during the afternoon around 3 in the afternoon till 6.

On the bottom are the photos at night time.

It is really nice feel for that filter you don't have to worry to edit it or what.

Sharing | The Sigma 50mm f2.8 Macro

Another quick post for today about lenses.

Today is about lens the sigma 50mm f2.8 macro.

This is the classic lens which is not selling anymore in shop only by online shopping.
The lens is almost all manual, the aperture is manual the focus also manual, but hey this lens is the best for me for macro. Here are the sample I taken from the lens, I shot its own lens cap.

My distance to the object is around 2 inches from it. How close was that. You can see almost all the details of it. Maybe I should try something for the real test of this lens.

Sharing | The Sigma 30mm f1.4

Hello everyone,

Just a quick post, I want to share you guys about lenses that i like to used, or maybe just to share to everyone out there who loves to takes photos, here is the place that I can tell.

Today is about the sigma 30mm f1.4. I know almost everyone doesn't like prime lenses even myself but hey.. it gave me a very good shots. Even though it is a cheap lens, it cost you around $150 Brunei Dollar, but it gives me a great great photos.

I use this lens for a try out during my wedding coverage borrow my friend lens, want to try it out. It gives me this very delicious looking photos, you can see them below.

Pretty nice and makes me hungry to see this photo.

Oh and by the way that time I'm using Nikon D90 with SB-800 speedlight flash.

Here are another sample photo I taken with the lens.

That lens gave me this scrumptious bokeh-licious from the photos. As I said even this len is pretty cheap but it worth of buying, who gets lens with the aperture of 1.4? and at this price?
The only problem of this lens is that no zoom, and everyone complain about the blur of the photo, why? because it is only focus in really a small focus area.

Well I guess that is all I want to share everybody.

Sharing | The Nikon 55-200mm f3.5-5.6

Hello everyone,

Just want to share to all of you tonight, that is the nikon 55-200 f3.5-5.6 VR.
I must say this is one of my favorite lens that I used. I'm not sure why most people sell that lens back, I mean it gives me a pretty good shots. You can check them on the photos below.

This photos was taken during the Baiduri Master 2012 at the RBA Golf Club.
